My Name is Mike Scheppele, the Owner of Cool Comfort LKN Inc. and I have been serving my customers Since 1997. Pre Pandemic, I had my Own very successful HVAC Company called Cool Comfort here in the Lake Norman area. I then was approached by a financial services investment company offering me the opportunity to created a larger full service HVAC company servicing the Greater Charlotte region and added partnerships with Electrical and Plumbing services.
I live in Lake Norman and Starting in 2024, I am focusing on my own Back Yard only and just Re-Launched Cool Comfort LKN Inc.
Going forward, I will have the personal contact, handling each and everyone of my clients going forward.
